Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: No extraordinary expenses in the last period, cash and assets have risen steadily.
Finances remain in excellent shape.

Webmaster Report: All in good order, run reports, stats and photos were posted within 13
hours of the run last week. Outstanding efforts from the web team.

Brew Master Report:
• Banners for the truck and the floor still need renewing, but some welding repairs have become a priority; in addition, the truck insurance will be paid this month.
• 7 batteries for the lighting rigs have been donated by Lost Cause, thank you!
• Beer consumption slightly less than average in recent weeks (an excess of supplementary drinks has been supplied by hares etc)

Hare Raiser Report: October and November filled; no problems expected filling December due to number of special/themed runs. Good work from the Hare Raiser.

Rags Report: Sales are good, new designs for shirts have been popular. There will be 2 pre-order shirts this month, for Octoberfest and Halloween, which may impact normal rag sales this month.

On-on Bars Report: No issues, attendances are rising in proportion to numbers on the hash.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Birthday Run 9th October, food from hares, but no request for extra credits/free runs.
• Octoberfest, 16th October, 6000b sponsorship requested and approved. Expected 8 hares, no request for extra credits/free runs.
• Birthday Run 23rd October, free food, no request for extra credits/free runs.
• 30th October, Halloween. Fancy dress competition, 2 prizes, to be procured by TW.

Other Business:
• 40th Birthday preparations: registrations to be opened by the end of the weekend, and to close last weekend of November.
Registration fee will be normal Monday run cost plus 600 b.
Shirt design submitted and approved. Extra stock to be ordered for rags.
Large Banner to be procured.
Sunglasses with PH3 printed on stems, generally considered too expensive (60 pp) to be given out, alternatives to be sought.
• Itinerary: Friday, Full Moon Run from Monta Burger bar. Initial sign-in for weekend celebrators, Issue wristbands, Run at 18.00 hrs (hares - Something Stupid, The Wizard). Free food at 20.00 (budget allocated 15,000b). Free raffle. PAYG drinks. No transport provided, easy access on public baht buses.
• Sunday; venue Nub Dao resort, near Horseshoe point. Last bus departs Buffalo Bar 13.30, Run 14.30, free food supplied at 16.00hrs (budget allocated 15,000b), circle at 17.00 hrs, depart 19.00 hrs. PAYG drinks. Raffle/competition TBA. VV and TW to coordinate with resort.
• Monday; early start, last bus from Buffalo bar, 14.30, 1st circle 15.30. Shirts to be distributed. 3 trails. A site confirmed, hares TBA. Free food (format as per 2000th run, budget - shared between 5 cooks, 10,000b). On On Bar TBA. If extra lights are required for the circle the Monkey hash will loan theirs to PH3 for the occasion.
• PS to purchase a weed whacker (strimmer) for the club estimated cost c 2500 b, he will store it but it is available for members for use at A sites upon request.
