Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: A steady month was recorded, and despite some extra-ordinary expenses a small increase in cash and assets was noted. A summary of accounts can be obtained from the Hash Bookie upon request.

Webmaster Report: Nothing to report other that the excellent website is up to date, looking good and running perfectly.

Brew Master Report:
• Beer consumption is proportionate to sign ups.
• There are still a few repair jobs that need to be carried out on the truck, VV will see to them in due course.
• The truck Insurance has been paid since the last MMM.

Hare Raiser Report: The hare line has been condition Gold recently, meaning that there were no free spots, but with the opening of January hare line there are now two available dates for hares to fill.

Rags Report: Unexpectedly high sales resulted in a temporary situation of very low stock, new shirts and designs have been ordered to renew stock levels. A Tie Dye design was submitted for and received approval.

On-on Bars Report: Nicky’s have declared their unavailability on a short-term basis, the rota will be adjusted to cover their absence. Despite speculation there are no plans to replace Cocktail Bar with their imminent change of ownership.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• 20 Nov. French Connection run, 8 credits, four free runs approved as hares are supplying food.
• Loy Krathong, 27 Nov same conditions agreed.
• A reminder to all that the maximum number of hares permitted is 8.
• Auspicious Run, 4 Dec, no plans yet confirmed.

Other Business:
• The Big 40 – sufficient hares recruited for Monday Run, SWK volunteered to hare on Sunday. Nub Dao confirmed as venue for Sunday run. Sign ups slow at this time.
• Banking – with only 2 signatories now available it was agreed that a new account with 4 signatories was required. After some discussion it was agreed that an ATM account would be appropriate, with certain conditions, namely 4 signatories, PIN and Card to be held separately, automatic notifications to be disseminated to a communal account. A majority of the committee voted for this proposal to be carried. PS and TW to move this forward with some haste.
• Xmas gifts – TW proposed that in lieu of traditional gifts for only ladies and children that a Xmas/New Year shirt be produced and made available for a discounted price of 200 baht, available for personal purchase only (Not accepting requests to hold shirts for hashers not present in Pattaya at this time). Gifts will still be given to kids on Xmas Run. The Shirt design and proposal were approved.
• Belgian Run – VV received approval for a shirt design for the Belgian Run in December.
• Gifts – NNN donated some diamond jewellery which he suggested could feature in the Xmas run raffle.
• Earlier start time - SWK suggested an earlier run start time for this time of year. It was pointed out that we are currently starting 30 minutes earlier than we had previously, and the consensus of opinion was that it is the responsibilities of the hares not to provide excessively long trails at this time of year, especially when food is being provided.
• Sign up shelters - after sign ups being disrupted by rain on the last 2 runs PS proposed purchasing large umbrellas that an be clamped to chairs for the sign-up team, unanimously approved.
• Raffle - Twinkle Dick suggested enhancing the value/quality of raffle prizes; however, we feel that the raffle strikes the correct balance on the vast majority of occasions.
• Baht Bus Incident – conflicting versions of an incident that occurred on a baht bus at the A site a couple of weeks ago, made it impossible to establish the facts, especially in the absence of one of those involved. An extra-ordinary meeting will be convened to deal with this matter in the near future.
