Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Despite extraordinary expenses of approx. 10,000b this month the club still broke even on the month, no issues or concerns with our finances.

Webmaster Report: The website is in excellent condition, but if errors are noticed the webmasters would like them pointed out so that they can be rectified ASAP.

Brew Master Report: Floor repairs for the truck and new banners are still outstanding, but both the beer truck and VV have been busy this month. Beer consumption is high but only in accordance with high numbers of sign ups and shorter (runs due to early nightfall at this time of year). No concerns.

Hare Raiser Report: The hare line is healthy, only 2 spots available, Feb 5th and 26th. No concerns.

Rags Report: TW read out a report from SS which highlighted excellent sales over the year, a healthy current stock level and the prospect of another successful year to come. Between the design team and sales team Rags is in good hands. It was suggested that regular but infrequent stock takes on Rags would be of benefit.

On-on Bars Report: Nicky’s have withdrawn from the rota until February. Our first trip to Cocktails possibly did not reflect upon the new ownership as they may have hoped, and our second visit was rescheduled to Kubla Bar to give Cocktail’s time to fully prepare. Kubla was a great success, but we will revisit Cocktail’s again shortly.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Belgian run, Dec 18th, all necessary arrangements made, hares supplying food.
• Xmas Day Run, 25th Dec, presents for kids will be procured, 2000b budget for Scar to make GLOG approved, hares will supply food.

Other Business:
• The big 40:
PS to organise ordering and transporting of extra ice, sufficient tables and eskies for Monday event.
Food – confirmed Pussy No 3 will cook, need to confirm Cookie Monster, Dragon, Squeeze, Lost Cause.
NMC has been replaced by Chuck TFU as a hare for Monday. Club will pay for baht buses to take hares out for recces and A site preparation.
TW will procure several hundred metres of bunting to be used for decoration and crowd control.
TW and VV to Visit Nub Dao to confirm menu and pricing for Sunday event.
TW will arrange a free raffle for Friday night event.
• Beer Truck rules:
TW proposed a rule change, that alcohol can be taken from the beer truck when the first runner comes in or 84 minutes after the runners set out, whichever is first. Carried unanimously.
• Banned member:
After failing to resolve a situation involving violence at the last MMM the committee held a special meeting on Friday 24th November to do so. After full consideration of all information, Steptoe was immediately excluded from all PH3 activities. This would be lifted on Sept. 1st 2024 should he provide a written apology and assurances regarding his further behaviour.
• Committee 2024:
Crap Thai was proposed as a replacement for Pussy Snatcher as Hash Bookie. No other proposals. The committee will be voted in at the next MMM.
• NEXT 40th PLANNING MEETING:
An extra meeting will be convened on 21st December at 16.00hrs, Nicky’s, primarily to finalise logistics for the big 40.
