Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report:
• Slightly down in cash and assets since the last meeting due to the expense of the Big 40 Run, however finances are still very healthy and no cause for concern.
• TW confirmed that after several attempts the bulk of the savings previously in Krungsri have now been transferred to Bangkok bank where we should not experience future possible difficulties accessing our funds.

Webmaster Report: Recent issues with run photos not displaying properly for some has been resolved and a new, cheaper hosting service has been acquired. A size chart for shirts from our supplier, Print Space has been added for everyone’s convenience and reference. The website goes from strength to strength.

Brew Master Report: The truck is ok, no issues; beer consumption is high but proportionately so. Some remaining stock was acquired from Nub Dao resort (after the big 40) and a new line of dark beer has been added to our inventory – so far it seems fairly popular and consumption will be monitored. Some consideration to adding My Beer 89 will also be given.

Hare Raiser Report: Only 3 spaces available at this time, one in March and two in April – no concerns at this time. A reminder that other than special runs (on our calendar), hares can only book runs that are in the current open hareline.

Rags Report: Continuing high sales and now with a very healthy stock level comprising 10 differing designs of shirt, Rags is in a good position. However, the supply of cheap socks has dried up, at least on a temporary basis. Bulk buying of socks from China was discovered to be too expensive. We will continue to search for another supply.

On-on Bars Report: After a hiatus, Nicky’s are now back on the rota, and after several highly successful visits to Kubla bar over the last few months the committee voted unanimously to add Kubla to the rota in place of Dam Dam bar (previously June’s). Thanks given to Dam Dam bar for hosting us previously.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Valentine’s day – SP to procure 30 red roses as per normal practice for distribution to the ladies on the run.
• LCF memorial run – unable to locate the banner that was made for last years run, a new momento will be procured, Scar and TW to find something suitable.
• St Patricks Day – no plans or info available at this time, SP to liaise with lead hare Kee Mah for updates.

Other Business:
• PH3 run calendar was not discussed at the last meeting when it should have been (apologies from TW) – please see attached sheet for confirmed dates of special runs for 2024.
• Plans for a boat trip were agreed. Weds 13 March, time tbc. Open to anyone that has previously attended a PH3 run; cost 100 baht which will cover the cost of supplying everyone that attends with a commemorative bucket hat, made for the occasion. PH3 will cover the cost of the boat, attendees to BYO food and drink. TW to collect monies and make all arrangements.
• An additional shirt for the beer police was approved (for Drag Queen)
• Advised that the a site for the next run (12 Feb has no shade)
