Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: CT told us that cash and assets were up since the last meeting despite some extraordinary expenses. We consistently see increases in our cash and assets and suggestions for future events where we can spend some of our cash are welcome.

Webmaster Report: Nothing to report. The website is in excellent shape and updated promptly, thanks to the web guys for their efforts.

Brew Master Report:
• The tax for the truck is due this month and some welding repairs are needed to the false floor.
• Beer consumption is high but proportionate; VV requested prior notification if there would be higher than usual numbers expected at a run.
• The introduction of dark beer to our range has been successful.

Hare Raiser Report: Change to condition Orange; hares are required for one run later this month and several over the next coming months; SP will campaign on WS and FB for volunteers. No concerns at present.

Rags Report: Sales remain healthy and previous high stock levels have been reduced. A new rags shirt design was approved and 25 will be ordered; Still no success finding a supplier of socks.

On-on Bars Report: No issues, though it was noted that last Monday the food at Hustlers (pizzas delivered in) were a little later than expected – however this didn’t detract from a great night. Kubla bar now established on the rota.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• 11 March, St Patricks day: 5 credits and 4 free runs approved – hares providing food/drink.
• 1 April – Chiang Mai holding an outstation run with us, hares providing food and there will be extra runners expected.
• 15 April, Songkran – no hares yet
• 22 April, St Georges day – hares will provide food.

Other Business:
• DL requested and was given approval to purchase a new battery for the hash camera (c 1700 baht).
• VV pointed out that most of our regular Beer Police are currently indisposed, (get well soon Smokey TF and Arse van Hole) She’s the Boss, Diaper Sniper, Car Licker and Sperm Polluter can all be called on when required, but more volunteers required.
• VV also suggested renewal of hash crash and hash trash awards – TW will procure 5 new toilet seats and lids for this purpose and new hats will also be sought. 2 very old PH3 shirts in VVs possession will also be repurposed as hash awards.
• SP and CT apologised for any offence that they may have caused in last weeks circle. TW reminded the committee that their assistance in keeping the circle under control was required (last week it was particularly unruly).
• In addition, VV requires help loading up the beer truck and tidying up at the end of the circle, buses will not depart the A site until VV is ready too. Hares are also reminded of their responsibility to unload the ice blocks from the truck and assist with lights set up before the first circle – in view of this it was suggested that a volunteer to oversee these jobs are carried out, should be appointed, TW will look into this.
