Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Despite the Booze cruise expenses, cash and assets increased since the last meeting, both Rags and raffle making considerable contributions to our well-being.

Webmaster Report: A new hareline status has been added (for use if and when needed) – CRITICAL, to alert us to the fact that hares are required imminently – ie within 2 weeks. No other issues to report upon, all is good.

Brew Master Report: The truck requires some welding repairs, but the tax has been paid. Beer consumption is as expected, water higher than average (due to the excessive heat lately). No issues.

Hare Raiser Report: Condition GREEN, thanks to those who have volunteered at short notice. TW remarked that the committee as a whole should take greater steps to encourage hares, especially during the upcoming low season. We are very reliant on a core group and need to expand the size of this group. Next available spot, May 20th.

Rags Report: Delays in receiving the new shirts has resulted in lower sales due the lack of sizes available – however 2 preorder shirts (St Georges and Songkran) attracted a lot of interest and good sales. A new shirt design is already being worked upon, but with the closure of the shirt factory for Songkran, more delays in receipt may be forthcoming.

On-on Bars Report: Dam Dam bar has been informed that, temporarily at least, they are not on the rota; members were not attending in good numbers and those that did were leaving quickly. TW suggested that we be more proactive in rearranging the rota if and when particularly high numbers are expected.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Songkran – no special plans at this time, but Happy Survivor enquired whether it would be possible to recruit someone to prepare food for the run, at the club’s expense – to be looked into.
• St Georges Day – hares putting on food (sponsored by Kubla Bar) drinks and decorations, 4 free hares and 6 run credits approved.
• Happi Coat run (29/4) – a preorder shirt was approved, further details to be finalised asap.

Other Business:
• DL suggested acquiring a supply of pens with PH3 logo, to give to scribes to encourage volunteers – unit cost around 20 b per pen. Agreed to move forward with this plan.
• TW led a discussion regarding tactics to encourage more hares. The concept of withholding award shirts for those who have not hared since their last award shirt was generally agreed upon, TW to make a formal proposal at the next meeting.
• TW recognised ongoing difficulties with hashers showing up at the Buffalo Bar just before the last bus is due to leave, often meaning supplementary buses have to be ordered, which inevitably results in delays to the rest of the days scheduling – suggestions were listened to regarding hashers having to ‘check in’ at the Buffalo bar by 14.45 to prevent this. TW to discuss with transport managers and formulate a proposal for next month.
• Crap Thai suggested a Clean Up in the near future, feasibility and potential dates to be considered.
• TW suggested procuring another supply of beanie hats, (that were very popular on the booze cruise) – design and colour to be submitted to the committee for approval in due course.
