Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Extraordinary expenses for this month, including 8600b for 200 coolers for Rags, 6,500b sponsoring food has seen a drop of approx. 17,000b in our total cash and assets, however the overall trend is still positive and the club remains in good financial shape.

Webmaster Report: Following the change to membership criteria last month a new database of members has been created, in addition an automated email to remind members with upcoming awards that they need to meet haring criteria to receive awards will be generated. The website is in excellent condition and updates are prompt and accurate.

Brew Master Report: DL reported a problem getting the truck started last week, which may have been due to the condition of the batteries. However, the problem was resolved, at least in the short term, and VV will be appraised upon his return in order to investigate further. Additionally, the false floor of the truck continues to deteriorate under its workload and will need renewing soon. No other issues. Thanks to DL for covering the absence of VV for 5 weeks this year.

Hare Raiser Report: The hare line is looking good, a concerted effort to raise hares has been successful, SP reported the next free date was 22/7, TW volunteered to hare this run under the auspices of a Virgin Hare run and will recruit inexperienced hares to accompany him.

Rags Report: With the recent arrival of new stock and designs, sales have improved again. Several members have asked about a running singlet, so we will procure 25 for Rags, and if there is sufficient early interest we will also procure a PH3 dress – Happy Survivor to assess the interest amongst our female hashers.

On-on Bars Report: Operating with 3 bars has not raised any issues, so we will continue for the time being, although I Rovers are sometimes selective of their dates, but with the cooperation of our other 2 bars this is not an issue. Attendances remain healthy.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Live hare, 24/6 – no special arrangements
• US Independence Day run, 8 July, hares will provide food, details tbc.
• Milky Piss Birthday Run, hares providing a BBQ at the A site.

Other Business:
• DL reported that the second batch of PH3 pens were not yet ready for collection, but expects to be able to collect them soon
• TW led a discussion to formalise details for the Full Moon Run, 21/6 – sign up fee 100b (will include one free beer at Kubla Bar, free raffle ticket and a free ‘light band’.); admission on the day will be permitted but without the benefits of having signed up in advance. PH3 will sponsor entertainment, food and raffle with a budget of 10,000b. TW, PS and DL will hare the run, on out time 18.45 hrs.
• As a result of completely unacceptable behaviour in the circle on run 2049, where threats of violence were made, (the individual concerned needing to be restrained) the committee unanimously agreed the exclusion of Who Cut the Cheese from all PH3 events for a period of 2 years, with immediate effect. Reintroduction to the hash at the end of this period will be dependent on a written apology and assurances regarding his future conduct.
• PS reminded us of his upcoming visit to the US and the need to find someone to cover some of his duties while he is away.
• PS requested permission to purchase a new table for sign-ups, approved.
