Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: MP presented a brief report indicating that the finances of the club are in good shape and that there were no extraordinary expenses throughout the month, though there will be in December. No concerns.

Webmaster Report: As usual the website is in excellent order, tireless work from the web team to keep everything up to date is greatly appreciated.

Brew Master Report:
• VV reported that some welding repairs are required for the floor of the truck and this will get seen to in due course.
• Additionally, now that we expect to carry on making use of the beer truck it would be wise to move forward with a respray of the front end, as previously discussed. VV will procure some quotes for this work and report back.
• The new light, on the back of the beer truck have been less than successful and some modifications are required, this will be done before the next run.
• Beer consumption is within expected levels, but volunteers are required to fulfil the beer police duties on the Belgian Run (16/12)

Hare Raiser Report: Condition Green, plenty of volunteers to hare and the hareline is in great shape. No concerns.

Rags Report: SS reported unexpectedly slow sales of shirts lately – the number of shirts being awarded on other hashes lately may have some influence on this, but overall Rags is performing very well. A polo shirt and Hawaiian shirt designs have been approved and are in production and another regular shirt gas also been approved. New stock of socks and towels have been received.

On-on Bars Report: Our inaugural visit to Monna Bar went well, good numbers, fair pricing, good food and some very average karaoke kept hashers happy for several hours; there were no negative reports or concerns from the bar. Although we are not actively pursuing another on on bar, it was agreed to try out High Rollers on Dec 23rd.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Belgian Run, 16/12 – all in order, agreed last month
• Xmas run - free BBQ, Glog (Scars version of Mulled Wine) and gifts for all agreed upon
• NY run, hares providing food 4 free runs and 5 credits agreed.

Other Business:
• PS made a formal request from Pattaya Monkey H3 to hire the beer truck, this will be discussed before the next meeting when a decision will be made.
• VV made a request to use the beer truck whilst doing a BBQ for the PJH3, agreed.
• VV is also happy to carry on providing food, (sandwiches, BBQs etc) for PH3 next year, agreed and a new BBQ may be purchased in the coming weeks, agreed.
• HS voiced her concerns that the policy of not presenting award shirts to those who have not met the qualifying criteria in terms of haring was unfair, and cited an individual case as an example. We will have further discussions over the next month and re visit this matter again at the next meeting.
• TW presented the list of new committee members for 2025, that will be ratified at the next meeting (see attached document for the list).
• A brief discussion regarding the format of the Xmas party took place and an agreement of a budget of 10,00 b was agreed, to cover some of the bar’s expenses for food and entertainment, and also to cover the expense of a free raffle.
