Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: There were extra expenses in December due to the Xmas Party and free BBQ but over the year there was an increase in cash and assets to the tune of approx. 25k baht, thanks largely to the financial contribution made by the Raffle and Rags. Average number of sig ups for the year was 96, exactly the same as the previous year. Due to the impending outsourcing of the beer master’s role which will cost the club approximately 100,000 baht per year, spending should be done with a degree of caution in the coming months.

Webmaster Report: Nothing to report, the website is in A1 condition.

Brew Master Report: VV has acquired a couple of quotes for the paint job and essential welding repairs (20k and 17k) and will organise the work to be done soon. In addition, he will procure material to replace the false floor of the truck which is damaged. Preparations are being made for a smooth handover to Tan, who will be acting as brew master for us after the AGPU, but we will still keep our agreement to rent the truck to the Dirt upon request.

Hare Raiser Report: No problems at this time, only 2 spaces currently available (one of which was taken at the meeting). The hare line is in good shape and ready to be handed over to HC for the next year. Thanks to SP for his efforts in this position over the last few years.

Rags Report: SS detailed sales over the last year, which were very impressive, thanks in large to his excellent salesmanship; however there has been a slow down in sales over the last few weeks, but new shirts have been ordered. Additionally, this year saw the introduction of several new lines, all of which proved reasonably popular. It was suggested that we restock patches, as they have been requested many times by visiting hashers. P Smiley will use his contacts to get us a good price!

On-on Bars Report: No problems to report. We are due a second visit to Monna next week – the first was successful, but it was also noted that the manager with whom we had a relationship is now no longer in situ, we will report back next month. Our first visit to High Rollers was also a success and we will return later in February.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• AGPU; VV will join the outgoing and incoming GMs as a hare in acknowledgement of his 10 years’ service as brew master which will cease after this run. PH3 will sponsor a free BBQ on the day.
• Valentines; the hares will supply extra snacks and something special for the raffle. SP to procure roses, as per usual.
• Lord Chicken Fucker Memorial Run; a bottle of Macallan whisky will be provided by the club to toast LCF.
• St. Patrick’s Day Run; inadvertently added to the calendar and scheduled for the wrong date, now amended and will take place on 17 March.

Other Business:
• The committee for 2025 was confirmed in accordance with the announcement at the last meeting. Many thanks to those who are stepping up to take on roles with the committee and great thanks to those who are stepping down after serving the club so well in the past.
• Beer Truck/Brew Master; a detailed proposal will be sent to Tan, outlining the extent of his responsibilities as brew master to the PH3, and his financial compensation from the club (P Snatcher to arrange).
• Circle lights: the new lights purchased by P Snatcher have been very well received and now after several weeks of trial, PH3 will purchase them from P Snatcher at a cost of 6200 b.
• First Aid kit; we are in need of a new kit and P Snatcher will procure one for us.
• Octoberfest: a request to change the date from 20 October to 13th October (to ease transport problems for the hares arriving from Europe) was agreed.
