Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: All in good shape. A few extra expenses which were the new circle lighting previously approved.

Webmaster Report: No matter arising all in good hands.

Brew Master Report: A successful transition from V.V. to Tan, no issues reported. Noted that Tan did an excellent job on his first PH3 beer truck /master role.

Hare Raiser Report: The hareline is in good shape and plenty of hare volunteers are stepping forward.

Rags Report: Rags sales are doing well. With high turn out of hashers. Approved new songkran shirt for order and sale at cost of 280 baht.

On-on Bars Report: The PH3 on on bars currently available 5 bars. Still to review Mona bar again which was very popular with the hash group at the previous On On. GM to talk to Pothole Management about hash numbers in the Pothole bar. Also hashers bar hopping waiting for food at Hustlers while drinking in other bars.

Upcoming Special Runs: Valentines run, discussed and approved the purchase of 35 red roses to hand out in the circle to the ladies. SP to purchase roses. Also extra raffle prizes to be purchased. Approved at the meeting.

Other Business: Purchase of computer monitor to aid the bookie in his role approved.
