Bookie Report: All in good shape. No matters arising.

Webmaster Report: No matter arising all in good hands.

Brew Master Report:
• Tan continues to do a great job and is coping with the ordering and lists of beverages.
• Tax is due shortly on the beer truck, it was decided that the Green book should be returned to a committee member for safe keeping.
• The paint work on the beer truck sill needs attention.

Hare Raiser Report: The hareline is in very good shape. Hareline is full until May with two dates available In May.

Rags Report: Rags sales are doing well. 55 shirts in stock and 20 orders for the songkran PH3 shirt.

On-on Bars Report: Mona bar, Kubla bar, Pothole, High Rollers and Hustlers. Hustlers has been recently sold and the the owner may wish to continue with the current set up.

Upcoming Special Runs: Norwegian run, St Patrick’s Day and St George’s day run are the next special runs. Approved for the Norwegian run a subsidy from the PH3 of 5000 baht.

Other Business:
• Proposed another Full Moon run approved and also a Clean Up run to be discussed.
• A two week amnesty to correcting run records was approved and to be announced on the PH3 Website.
• Spastic Whore King suggested the possibility of using a microphone and speaker system during the circles.
• Herring Choker made the point that naming of hashers should be after a certain amount of time for example a minimum 5 runs. There has been on occasion hashers named after only a few runs this has been noted by the GM.
• Dirt Looney asked if we can ask the Hash group if there are any volunteers for helping with the hash flash role. This will be introduced by the GM at the next PH3 run.
• Pussy Snatcher put forward that the hash bookie could have a 1000 baht expense allowance. For items within the bookies role. This was approved.
• Pussey Snatcher put forward that the A site snack allowance for the hares should be increased due to the amount of hashers now coming to the PH3 from 600 baht to 800 baht and in high season 1000 baht limit. This was approved.
• Mount Me asked if we can ask for the pre sign up list from the visiting hash group Sophisticated Sons of Saigon.
