Bookie Report: All in good shape. No matters arising.

Webmaster Report: No matter arising all in good hands.

Brew Master Report: The beer truck tax has been paid and the Green book is with VV.
Body work on the beer truck needs to be repaired after songkran. 1 Quote of 17,000 baht.

Hare Raiser Report: 16th of June is the next available haring date. Whilst the hareline is in very good shape we must not be complacent as the low season approaches.

Rags Report: Rags sales are doing well. 149 shirts sold. The songkran shirt was very popular and a new shirt design is available for sale for the next PH3 run.

On-on Bars Report: On on bars remains the same.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Songkran run 14th April is the next special run, proposal of 5 free hares was approved.
• St George’s Day run 21st April proposal of PH3 sponsoring the food was approved V.V. to provide the BBQ.
• Happicoat Run 28th April 4 free hares and 5 gate credits proposed and approved.

Other Business:
• Behaviour by Fattus Maximus Urinating from the back of a baht bus returning from the PH3 run. After discussions via email to all committee members and discussion at the mmm meeting. A proposal of a 4 event ban for Fattus Maximus was approved.
• FM has apologised verbally to the GM, he also has posted an apology on the PH3 Facebook page and has also emailed an apology.
• FM was also attending todays MMM meeting and again apologised to the PH3.
• FM was asked not to attend any PH3 event until a committee decision was made the previous week by the GM which FM complied with. There fore the 4 PH3 event ban was back dated to the previous week so FM will not attend 2 more PH3 events. He must also apologise in the circle the next time he returns and also a caveat of good behaviour for the next 12 months.
• Smoking on the baht bus.
Sister Fister on a returning bus from last Mondays run, decided he would smoke on the bus and was told by a committee member to stop, but he refused to stop smoking. The Smoking rule of the PH3 is no smoking on buses. His actions were discussed and the GM to inform Sister Fister that should he smoke on the bus again he will be banned from using the bus transport on the PH3.
• Dirt Looney reminded the committee that we will need another volunteer/ volunteers for official PH3 photographer. GM to inform the the hashers at the first circle.
