Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Hashers numbers dropping off going into low season. Everything in good shape. No matters arising.

Webmaster Report: Everything up to date. No matters arising all in good hands.

Brew Master Report: Tan is doing well. Now using the spreadsheet inventory, trends of drinks consumed is working well. Tan when he took over the BM role he took on a drinks inventory stock value of 4,764 baht. Confirmed Tan is also holding a 40,000 baht cash float.

Hare Raiser Report:
• As of this MMM meeting, hares are required for 2 dates in June. Hare line is still good but as always hares are required. Monday is the Norwegian run.
• Reminder that the PH3 holds a supply of spray paint and shredded paper if hares require any for haring.
• HC then put forward a proposal for the upcoming Betty Boop run should be a charity run and that the raffle money should be given to a charity and a higher value of prizes of a minimum value of 500 baht this was approved and the charity will be Take care kids.

Rags Report: Rags sales this year 201 T/shirts sold. 26 in stock as of 7th of May. New shirts are ordered and will be ready in possibly 3/4 weeks.

On-on Bars Report:
• On on bars remains the same. Kubla Bar, Monaa Bar and Hustlers. All is well with these bars at the present time.
• On on bar for the Betty Boop run will be Monta Burger at Rumpho market.

Upcoming Special Runs: The next special run on the PH3 calendar is the Betty Boop run. Awaiting confirmation from Arse Van Hole that the A site used before at Rompho market can be used again. Free sign up will be given for those hashers that make a considerable effort to dress as the opposite sex.

Other Business:
• The Wizard advised that the upcoming Nash Hash event in October will be creating considerably more hashers for the PH3 Monday run. So we must consider an early guarantee for numbers.
• Herring Choker advised that there will be another Happicoat themed run for November 17th.
