Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: As of 7th June, A decrease of 12717 baht from the previous month. A drop mainly due to the amount of free runs and the raffle prize donation of 6000 baht from the Betty Boop run. A few Bookies expenses, laptop battery 675 baht and the purchase of a cheap Android phone 500 baht for security back up.
Also the purchase of spray paint for use of anyone requiring for haring.
No other matters arising.

Webmaster Report: Everything up to date. No matters arising all in good hands.

Brew Master Report: Thanks to Pussy Snatcher, Tan now has a good system in place for recording beverage usage etc. Pussy Snatcher will check beverage consumption from the previous year as DL mentioned that he thought some beer nearly ran out on the Betty Boop run. Tan continues to do a good job, so all looking good.

Hare Raiser Report: As of this MMM meeting, the hare line is looking good and the next available free hare slot is 18th August. Only Two run slots available on the PH3 open calendar.

Rags Report: Rags sales this year 215 t/shirts sold and 37 t/shirts in stock. Slow sales probably due to the amount of rain there has been on the Monday runs in the last few months.

On-on Bars Report: On on bars remains the same. Kubla Bar, Monna Bar and Hustlers. All is well with these bars. The PH3 traditionally has 4 on on bars available during high season. However at this present time the regular 3 bars are sufficient. PH3 to start looking for another possible on on bar venue that can accommodate the PH3 for the next high season.

Upcoming Special Runs: The next special runs on the PH3 calendar are in July these are the Independence Day run the hares normally provide some free food. The other special run is the Bastille Day run, possibly with free food but waiting for the announcement from the hares.

Other Business:
• The Thai Nash Hash event in October could possibly lead to an extra influx of hashers coming to the PH3 Monday hash, the GM to contact The Nigerian and the committee of the Thai Nash Hash to discuss if they can possibly give the PH3 any idea of numbers of hashers intending to come to the PH3 Monday run.
• Mount Me has informed us that he will resign from being the PH3 “Sign Ups” and Mayo Queen to now become “sign ups” cashier and YMCA to Swap and now enter the Monday sign ups.
• Bubbles has resigned from the position of Hash Bookie, so we are looking to recruit a new Hash Bookie, ideally someone with accountancy skills. GM to announce this at the next first circle. PS to continue to take on the role of Hash bookie until a replacement is found.
• The Wizard made the suggestion that the PH3 should start thinking about another event such as another boat trip or resurrecting the beach BBQ or a beach event where the hashers bring there own food to share. Possibly on Jomtien beach which is easily accessible on the baht bus route.
• The 6,000 baht that was raised from the Betty Boop Run charity Raffle and will be handed over by Dirt Looney to the Take Care Kids Foundation later in the week.
