Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: As of 9th July 2025. No major changes. The PH3 finances remain in good health.
Purchase of a 27” monitor.
MP asked that funds be made available for the upcoming boat trip sponsored by the PH3 on the 16th July of 9000 baht.

Webmaster Report:
• Everything up to date. No matters arising.
• PS Continues to make improvements as required for the smooth running of the web site and for the accounts.

Brew Master Report:
• Tan continues to do a great job of Beer Master. VV asked that he will get copies of beverage purchases and inventory as he doesn’t have an email account. YMCA agreed to make copies for him when he prints off the sign ups for the Monday run.
• Emperor Airhead raised the matter of looking into the possible purchase of a used better condition “beer” truck, the committee was shown images of trucks possibly suitable for sale. The requirement being a single cab truck with long flat bed.
The committee agreed that this is a requirement that does need looking into for the future. Although while at present the current beer truck remains mechanically sound it does need cosmetic and some welding work to be carried out.
It was agreed that if a suitable truck is found then a contingent from the PH3 would go to view. MP asked EA if the PDRH3 was willing to put funds into purchasing a suitable truck. At present the PDRH3 is happy to carry on with only hiring the truck from the PH3 when the PDRH3 requires it.

Hare Raiser Report: As of this MMM meeting, the next available haring dates are 18th August and 25th August.
GM to promote in the “circles” for volunteer hare requirement.

Rags Report: Rags sales this year 272 t/shirts sold. SS informed the committee that although hasher numbers are down in Pattaya it is actually the same amount of shirt sales as the previous year.
New shirt designs should be available for the next PH3 run.

On-on Bars Report:
• On on bars remains the same. Kubla Bar, Mona Bar and Hustlers. Hustlers weren’t able to supply food for the on on bar on the previous Monday due to staff shortages. So Kubla bar were asked to be the on on. The committee still possibly looking for another on on bar for the high season.
• CIA mentioned that Nicky’s bar were keen to regain the PH3 as an on on bar. MP stated that previously numbers had decreased to her venue to the point it wasn’t viable for them to supply food. Also the new Nicky’s bar is now more a food venue rather than a bar and wasn’t suitable for the hash.
• EA mentioned that the on on bars supplying quality food was putting extra pressure on themselves. In the past just hot dogs was enough for the hashers.

Upcoming Special Runs: The next themed run is the Bastille day run on the PH3 calendar. There will be food however this will be a (PAYE) pay as you eat run.

Other Business: Emperor Airhead raised the idea for purchase of 2 leather waistcoats as a gift idea for the recognition and commitment that VV and The Wizard have put into the PH3. The cost of these would be 6000 baht.
This was put to the committee by MP and was approved.
