Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: Raffle and Rags are currently preventing us from running at a loss, in this the middle of the low season, but due to the efforts of these two, we are still showing healthy returns. Recent expenditure includes the cost of the Booze Crooze to the club (9000b). We remain financially stable.

Webmaster Report: The website is in admirable shape, all working well, nothing to report.

Brew Master Report: The search for a replacement beer truck goes on; if and when found one of our baht bus drivers would like to purchase our old truck. Nothing else of note to report.

Hare Raiser Report: The hare line is in reasonable shape, the first vacancies for haring being in September, no other issues of concern.

Rags Report: Shirt sales for this year (257) are a little down in comparison to the same period last year, but we have diversified our other stock. No cause for concern. No problems with award shirts and a previous backlog of award shirts has been cleared thanks to the relentless efforts of the Rags Master.

On-on Bars Report: We are currently down to 2 On On bars, Kubla and Monna, as Hustlers have at least for the short term excluded themselves from our rota due to a lack ability to provide food. SP suggested that there was no urgency to seek another new On On bar, although in the long term is preferable. Sexy Mountain and Eating Monster both offered the services of the bars that they represent as potential On On bars, and these will be duly considered. EDIT: since the meeting Monna Bar have also cited a lack of cooking facilities (chef) and have withdrawn their services…..

Upcoming Special Runs:
• The next special run in the Veterans Day Run, 01/09/25. Free runs will be offered to those who qualify by having attended at least half of the runs in the calendar year prior to the run. A brief discussion ensued regarding further gifts or awards on the day, and it was agreed that we would provide a free BBQ for all those attending (thanks to VV for agreeing to cater).
• A third free hare was agreed for run 2111 as hares are providing food, and Hares will also provide free food for Something Stupid’s Birthday Run on 08/09/25.

Other Business:
• DL advised that we may expect up to 30 extra runners for run 2113, due a Dirt Road celebratory run that weekend – PS to advise Tan regarding extra drinks required.
• YMCA informed that he had contacted a party of 20 visiting hashers expected from Mauritius to ascertain hash names in advance to ease the pressure of sign ups on the day (20/10/25).
• SP suggested that due to ambient noise levels in Sutus Court that it not be used for further meetings.
• FDTF asked if there was a possibility of supplying San Miguel Zero as a beer option on runs, there were no objections – PS to advise Tan to facilitate.
• BW opened a discussion on rewarding hares for their time, effort and expenses to a greater level than is currently operated; a popular opinion was to award a further two free runs (to the two lead hares only) on their next attendance. In the absence of the GM it was agreed to revisit this matter next month.
• VV requested a further 1000 baht contribution from the club towards his leather presentation vest ( in acknowledgement of his many years’ service to PH3) agreed, unanimously.
• EM suggested that she may be able to procure a cheaper source for our beers, and that she could probably find sponsors for the club; BW will liaise with her and Tan regarding beer suppliers, and the idea of sponsors was kindly rejected – it is not commensurate with our position as a club run by volunteers.
