PH3 Mismanagement Meeting MinutesWednesday, 3 Sep 2025
Meeting Location: Buffalo Bar
Meeting Opened: 16.00 hrs.
Attendance: The Wizard, Sperm Polluter, YMCA, Pussy Snatcher, Dirt Looney, Something Stupid, Slug, Out of Order, Fingerless, Diaper Sniper, Sexy Butterfly
Recorded By: The Wizard
Apologies: Boring Wanker, Herring Choker, Leg Over, Mayo Queen, VV, Milky Piss
Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.
Bookie Report: Cash and assets fell by a little more than 20,000 baht this month due to extraordinary expenses related to the purchase of significant stock for rags, including caps, patches and shirts, alongside the cost of the Vets Run (and BBQ) and the purchase of new raffle tickets. Nothing unexpected or unaccounted for and 23,000 b was withdrawn from the now defunct Krungsri account and handed over to Hash Cash.
Webmaster Report: A new version of the website has been launched, with improved technology that means the pages should all load faster; bookmarks for the old website should be renewed to ensure you are taken to the new page. The old website will be archived and not updated from 3/9/25. Excellent work from the Web Team, thanks.
Brew Master Report: No report available, but nothing of concern reported in the last month. A trial for San Miguel Zero was popular and will be continued.
Hare Raiser Report: November hareline has just opened but there is only one spot open prior to November, no concerns at present.
Rags Report: Shirt sales are healthy although a little down on the same period last year; we have plenty of stock and 100 patches have been ordered. 500 baseball caps with our logo have also been ordered – it is our intention to use these as gifts to visitors, virgins etc, beginning with one for all at the Octoberfest Run.
On-on Bars Report: We still have only 2 bars on the rota; the first visit to New Plaza Sports bar was successful, good prices, good service, good food and a great ambience, so we will visit again. Other bars under consideration are Crackers Bar (venue for a recent Monkey pre lube) and High Rollers. SP to investigate further ref Crackers Bar and High Rollers may be included as an occasional venue at this time.
Upcoming Special Runs: Octoberfest; 8 hares but at this time very little other info, the GM to liaise with hares ASAP. Due to the Thai Nash Hash on the same weekend, it is reasonable to expect a much higher turn out than usual, possible as many as 200, so special arrangements will have to be made to ensure we are prepared for this eventuality. The GM will seek guidance from the TNH committee regarding expected visitors from this event.
Other Business:
• TW; due to the absence of many committee members, discussion regarding incentivising hares will be put off till next month.
• TW; a recent incident where a hasher took a beer ‘for the road’ prior to the circle even starting led to a discussion and confirmation of existing policy - ‘’beers are for drinking at the A site and not available to take home; the GM reserves the right to allow hashers to take one extra beer after the eskies have been closed at the end of the circle for the journey back to town’’.
• TW proposed a Full Moon Run on Weds 5th November (date of a supermoon), provisionally agreed subject to not clashing with any other Pattaya hash events.
• TW was grateful for the offer of a leather vest to commemorate his service to the club, but requested a shirt as an alternative – agreed.
• Something Stupid requested an increase to 4 free hares for his birthday run next week as the hares are supplying food and extra drinks, agreed.
• YMCA suggested that TW be made fee exempt as a tribute for his service, TW indicated that he would graciously decline such an offer.
• PS indicted that unusually there was a significant shortfall in the raffle ticket sales reconciliation this week, human error expected.
• YMCA – Panzer Fister has agreed to assist with sign-ups in his forthcoming absence and that of Mayo Queen, currently away; however, there will be one hash when both regular sign ups guys will be absent, a replacement is required, YMCA to action.
