Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: PS told us of considerable expenses this month, mostly due to the purchase of significant amounts of Rags, consequently cash is down on the month but assets have increased. No cause for concerns.

Webmaster Report: As per usual – the website is in A1 condition and always updated in short time thanks to the continuing efforts of the web team.

Brew Master Report: VV reported that the insurance for the beer truck is due this month (around 10k Baht) and that a new bucket is required; additionally, it was agreed to order new banners for the truck. No progress in the search for a new beer truck although PS suggested considering the Suzuki Carryall as an option.

Hare Raiser Report: Only 3 spaces open for haring, all in December; SP and MQ immediately volunteered to do the Xmas run, so now only 2 vacancies. No concerns.

Rags Report: SS gave an updated sales figure of 342 shirts sold this year, similar to last years numbers. We have 50 shirts in stock with a further 85 coming in time for Octoberfest Run. After distributing free caps to all at Octoberfest, the remaining stock will be sold at 100b. We will carry on presenting coolers as gifts to our virgins.

On-on Bars Report:
• With only 2 regular bars on our roster, we are still looking for others to include on a regular basis. High Rollers will host us on Octoberfest and discussions with Crackers Bar regarding a trial period are ongoing.
• EDIT since the meeting Cracker’s Bar are now on our rota.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Loy Krathong Run – a request for a ninth hare to be added was heard. PS reminded us that the system allows for a maximum of 8, additional hares are listed as Run Assistants. TW to communicate with the hares on this matter.
• Halloween Run – we will hold our usual fancy dress competition with prizes for best male and female costumes.
• Full Moon Run – November 5th, SS to hare an A to A town run, venue to be announced.

Other Business:
• TW proposed reinstating the position of Awards Master in recognition of SSs efforts in this area, unanimously agreed.
• VV indicated that he would not be present on run 2121 on 20/10, so there will be no food available after the run – the hares will supply extra snacks.
• Diaper Sniper told us that he was dissatisfied that his name was changed in his absence a couple of weeks ago, and that he wouldn’t be responding to his name any further. TW to discuss a future change of his name with Emperor Airhead.
