Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: A drop in cash and assets of approx. 20,000 was recorded since the last meeting; this was not unexpected due to the expenses of the Octoberfest Run and the purchase of 500 baseball caps for Rags. No other issues.

Webmaster Report: Nil to report, the website is in A1 condition and now boasts an additional Special Awards page.

Brew Master Report: The truck insurance has just been paid, albeit a couple of weeks behind schedule; the search for a suitable replacement truck goes on, but without any need for urgency. VV will order new banners for the side of the truck.

Hare Raiser Report: The New Years Run and all of January are still open, no concern at this time.

Rags Report: Sales and stock levels remain healthy, though we are in need of more socks. Awards shirts are up to date and no Happi Coats (available through pre order) will be bought by Rags.

On-on Bars Report: The inaugural trip to Crackers was considered to be a success, and this bar will used again on Dec 1st before possibly adding it to the full-time roster. Food, service and music was all well received.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Happi Coat Run, hares sponsoring food, 6 hare credits and 4 free hares approved.
• Belgian Run, 8 hare credits, 4 free runs and a 6000 baht subsidy approved. The design of shorts for preorder was approved. Nil for Rags. Xmas Run, Scar will provide Glug as usual.

Other Business:
• PS proposed that on occasions where hares are providing food, the number of hares credits and free runs be increased automatically without the need for the hares to apply. The same maximum levels will still apply – unanimously approved.
• PS suggested that in the continuing absence of Milky Piss that TW be officially co opted to the position of Co GM – unanimously approved.
• TW asked for feedback on the Full Moon Run -general opinion was that it was a great success – 58 sign ups with a good trail, a free raffle and great food provided by our hosts at New Plaza Sports Bar.
• TW reiterated plans for a Shirt Exchange; an opportunity for hashers to donate a shirt which will be put up for sale for 100 baht, the proceeds of all sales to go towards the Take Care Kids charity collection. Details to be announced in due course.
• VV stated that he would be absent on 1st and 8th Dec, thus there will be no sandwiches available.
