Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: A drop in assets of approx. 4,000 baht was recorded since the last meeting, despite what appears to be a weekly surplus of income. PS to investigate this anomaly. Otherwise, the hash finances are still in very good shape.

Webmaster Report: Nothing to report, the website is functioning perfectly, no issues.

Brew Master Report: New banners have been added to the truck, and a small repair (400b) was required for the wooden light box. No progress in the search for a new beer truck.

Hare Raiser Report: Hares required for 16 March (St Patricks Day run) – we have one virgin hare volunteer, but he will need help, and transport. No other immediate concerns.

Rags Report:
• 32 shirts sold since the last meeting so with approx. 50 shirts in stock a new design will be required in the coming weeks. Award shirts are fully up to date, but requests for individual designs for award shirts are not the responsibility of the Awards Master, designs should be provided by the recipient, and any costs over 400 baht for an award shirt should also be borne by the recipient.
• Scar suggested obtaining a supply of sleeveless, V neck shirts for ladies, agreed. SS will arrange.

On-on Bars Report: No issues, all parties are happy with our current arrangements.

Upcoming Special Runs:
• Valentines Run – no roses this year, instead a gift will be given to each female hasher as they sign up (small teddy bear key fob).
• 23 Feb, Mad Hatters Run – a competition for the best (homemade) hats – one male, one female, TW to procure. LCF Memorial Run, 2 March, hares will provide food, 3 free hares at this time.

Other Business: VV will be away for runs on 2 and 9 March, so will not be providing food on these dates.
