Minutes Of Last Meeting: Read and approved. No matters arising.

Bookie Report: There were no extraordinary or significant expenses through the month so there has been a healthy surplus over the period. The club’s finances remain in a healthy position.

Webmaster Report: Written submission from PS:- ‘The website is in good condition and working perfectly”. No issues reported

Brew Master Report: Nothing reported in the absence of VV

Hare Raiser Report: Next available slot is 30 March, no concerns at this time.

Rags Report:
• Sales are slightly down on the same period last year, but this is not an issue. We currently have over 50 shirts in stock, with a further 40 on order, that should be sufficient to see us over the holiday (Songkran) period when the factory will be closed for a while.
• Awards are up to date and after a wait of 50 weeks for him to reappear at a run Jellobut was finally presented with his award shirt.

On-on Bars Report: No issues or complaints, but it was noted and acknowledged that Crackers Bar made an exceptional effort the last time we were there (triple birthday celebration).

Upcoming Special Runs:
• St Patricks Day run – hares will make a decision ref providing food within the next few days.
• St Georges Day and Songkran, no plans available yet, but if anyone is considering a shirt for either of these runs, action should be taken immediately.

Other Business:
• YMCA – Panzer Fister has kindly agreed to cover the absence of YMCA on 30 March and also the absence of Mayo Queen for a couple of weeks from 3 April on Sign Ups and Hash Cash.
• Fat Max – suggested a scribe award shirt be granted after a hasher has completed 10 scribes (and multiples thereof after), this was agreed upon, unanimously. Anyone who has completed 10 scribe reports within the last 12 months will be eligible and those that reach the landmarks from now on.
• TW – after a brief discussion, agreed that the Scribe report will be posted on Facebook (TW will action) after it is published on the website as from next week.
• TW – suggested consideration for a Beach Social in the next few weeks, Tan the Beer man to be consulted ref his availability to attend. Format, 100 b sign up in advance, 400b on the day; PH3 shirt to be worn; no virgins; no BBQ - we will provide enhanced snacks/cold food and encourage attendees to bring extra food for sharing. Agreed in principle, TW to action.
• SP – recommended finding an alternate location for meetings as the current location is noisy and hot; SP to action.
