Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

The one exception to this policy will be those with duplicate run records can approach us when they're close to achieving a run award. At that time we will merge the records so the run award reflects all their runs with the PH3.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Scribe Report by Sgt Lone Wolf (RIP)

Monday 30th June 08 and all the Hashers from all over the Globe are looking forward to what is regarded as the best Hash on this Planet…RUN OR WALK…OR MAYBE JUST SIT WITH THE CRACKS AND ENJOY THE SCENERY……Then have a “GOOD LAUGH” in the circle circus with a few cold beers compliments of the Number 1 Hash Brew Master BOTTOMLESS PIT….Poor man has to put up with the same question every Monday by the Brain Dead Heinekein Drinkers.. “Which esky has the Heineken Beer?”
Today is run 1269 with Hares “SIR FROG” and “ANAL BREADFRUIT”.
The “A-Site” is a picturesque setting amongst shady rubber trees off highway 331.
SIR FROG and HARRY POTTER have everything organized for the BLACK SHEEP GROUP to enjoy wine and delicacies after the run….looks like there is a BIG night ahead.

THE RUN:
The run starts off with an early Check and the paper is found straight ahead thru scrub after a FT to the left. The run has everything including running trails, jungle, river beds, forest, barb-wire and with clever CHECKS…just ask JELLO BUTT who managed to do 5 “FT’s” and still come in with the few front runners, including the HUMAN MACHINE KARAMBA, in under one hour.
Everyone agrees they had a good run or walk and enjoyed the trails with no “VV WATER”.

THE CIRCLE:
SIR CHICKEN F…..starts “Circle” proceedings howling like a wolf (no pun intended) and ushers the HONOURABLE BLACK SHEEP GROUP to a “special” protected pen area as no harm should bestow this precious protected group.
SEAMAN SWALLOW (Queen Power) conducts the noisy raffle with her usual no-nonsense style..well done. Winners include my good friend SCARLET AND MYSELF LONE WOLF…could not give a rat’s arse who else won because myself and HELL BOY buck’ed FOR BEING GENTLEMEN.
The Grand Master SPAGHETTI HEAD takes over proceedings. Important Anniversaries for SIR FROG (60 Hared Runs) and that famous Irish Short of paper cutter SEAMAN STAINS (400 Runs T-shirt).
The “BAD RA”  AIRHEAD takes over in style with no complaints about the run including the barb-wire crossings which were necessary to keep the wolves away from the precious BLACK SHEEP.
HARRY’S PORN STAR’S and two VIRGIN mates from Belgium IVAN and LEN  on Ice. HARRYS PORN STAR  has a worn out p….! compliments of Hell-Raising in Bangkok with his father Flock Leader HARRY POTTER.  LONE WOLF and HARRY POTTER on ice as Founders of the BLACK SHEEP.. also on ice BOTTOMLESS PIT and HELL BOY for being German’s i I think?
AIRHEAD named and christened HOT MAMACITA and STAR DOLL in his usual unique style.
GRAND MASTER SPAGHETTI HEAD takes over and ices HELL BOY who he says “cums and blows” from bad reckless driver to Mr Nice Guy for retrieving FREE WILLY’S car from a bog situation…Hash Hero eh?...FAT FUCK  in and given HASH TRASH for disposing a water bottle on the run.
That “funny-man” SIR CHICKEN FUCKER  in and immediately ices the Scandi’s with SIR FESTER (alias “BULL BALLS”) in the bucket with a comment that his rear-end looks like KEITH RICHARD’S face!!...VV and BALL SNIFFER on ice; alleged the FRENCH have started a NEW HASH at BOY’S TOWN at the HOMO BAR. Whole (spelt “hole”) new meaning to the HASH TERMOLOGY  “ON-IN”…….APPLE’S TURNOVER in to reflect on his lovely daughter’s 3 year old birthday party last Saturday evening…himself SIR CHICKEN FUCKER and KING YAO YAO and a few JESTERS last to leave at 3:30am…The KING now wants to be a JESTER because he wants permission to KISS APPLE’S TURNOVER!...German’s deservavely iced as losers of the final of “Euro Cup” with the special version of ‘Via La Spaniard’…KNOB MARLEY, HARRY POTTER and others in for a song from Music Man BAM-BAM about some brown ring licker..in honour of the new alleged French Hash.
The “punter” KNOB MARLEY takes over and puts BAM-BAM in the bucket for being a PUSSY when it comes to a ‘cold’ situation.
The circle is disrupted by a few HASH LOSERS leaving in their vehicles who sadly miss out on a very funny “HASH SONG” by the hares SIR FROG and ANAL BREADFRUIT to the Beatle’s tune of Yellow Submarine and also the HASH HYM conducted by SEAMAN STAINS sporting a new pair of baggy “short-long” boxer shorts purchased in Paris.

The “REAL FAITHFULL HASHERS” then back to “TQ 1” for a few beers and a good story or two from a famous Hasher..Thanks to TQ who have supported the Hash for many a year.
