Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

I was already having a bad day. My girlfriend wasn’t here and I had to carry that heavy backpack. So I was tired before I even started to run. Then the GM asked if I would be the scribe this week. The right answer is no problem. That’s the answer I gave him. After all the people that live here are only asked one or two times a year so it’s our duty.
I just wish I had the writing talents of some of the past scribes. All I can do is tell about the run in my own boring way.
The hares V.V. and Dirty Pussy tell us about the run. It’s the usual Monday format. The checks and FTs are blue and multi-coloured paper some of it on the ground and some hanging. On On! We start off by going through a small tunnel. The front runners are soon fading from sight. Shit Through a Duck was already out of sight. I kept wobbling along and on every check I went the wrong way or got an FT. A few checks and I was toward the back of the pack. The checks were well thought out and kept bringing the pack together. I heard a noise ahead and decided to run faster and see what it was. It was Robbing Bastard. It sounded like he was having a heart attack or remembering his last sexual encounter. Anyone who has run around him knows what I’m talking about. Everyone got the pleasure of running through shaggy. Thanks Hares! Usually Shit Through a Duck passes me 5 or 6 times but this time it was Smelly Bastard. They both have too much energy. I finally made it back to the A site all sweaty, smelly, muddy and tired. It was a good run and I enjoyed it.
The GM called the circle at 6:30 enough time for everyone to get cleaned up some and talk to their friends. I looked and Arse Hopper was in the bucket. I asked why and no one around me knew. Emperor Airhead said he would find out. A few minutes later he came back and said “He’s in the bucket because he’s stupid and noisy”. Next the GM ices the hares. This is always a good thing to do. Now the raffle begins with Flipper and Sir Spaghetti Head doing the duties. There were many nice prizes. Many donated by the PNG FOLKS. Stupid Kraut Kunt won three prizes. That proves the more tickets you buy the better your chances of winning.
Emperor Airhead takes the circle and ices the hares. Since they are French, he gives us a history lesson about the French invading Thailand and a little about the chickens part in this. Interesting it was! He next ices the PNG people. He tells us about the women there and their size 7 shoes. But the size 7 was the width. 
The GM's turn again. He calls in the returnees. Next the virgins and their sponsors come in. We are short one virgin. It seems he had a problem. Maybe it was the Thai food he’s been eating or too much beer but it was a smelly problem. Leavers come in next. Last in is the anniversaries. The GM puts Satan’s Willie in the bucket for not singing.
Sir Chicken F has his turn in the circle. I like his thinking get the ladies in showing Girl Power. He explains that Germany has a female Chancellor (Angela Merkel) now. He puts Shit Through a Duck and Robbing Bastard in the bucket for being noisy. Bottomless Pit is iced because he let his hair down and SCF thought he looked like Beyonce. Psychodelic iced for being an electrical engineer. Two friends sit together next, Turd Burgular and Shit my Arse A lot. The names tell the story. Pig Dog an old friend is next SCF tells of how he used to steal girlfriends.
Deep Throat takes the circle and ices the Germans. He tells a joke and PNG boys sing a song for the Germans.
Sheikh Me Me takes charge and soon fills up the ice. First Linguini Weeny, Deep Throat, Miserable Cunt are iced. Linguini and Drippy iced for talking. Me Me tells a story of a friend Butt Weasel who just met Miserable and said he is a Miserable C. The list of people that made the bucket are Linguini Weeny, Garbage Collector, Horse, Arse Hopper, Shit Through a Duck, Turd Burgular, and I’m sure I missed some. As usual Sheikh Me Me is very funny.
I’m getting finger cramps so I think I wrote enough. Hares didn’t have a song so they got the bucket and the GM sang for them. PNG lead us in the Hash Hymn. If I missed something sorry.
