Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Monday midday, the rain starts again to come down buckets full. I watch the sadpictures onTV from parts of Asia where Typhoons and Earthquakes having there horrible party's! Philippines suffering from hundreds of dead and houses vanished from the rain. Tsunamis terrorizing the Islands of Samoa and in Sumatra the city of PADANG which I FINI and DIRTY HARRY being there many times almost completely vanished, places and people we knew good are gone sad sad and here I am in the other part of Asia. Pattaya, city of pleasure and fun where no one is interested yeah life goes on also the HHH every Monday about the same crazy people having fun on this monday's run. Today hares are Sir Flying Frog...Lone Wolf...Honda Dream all Black Sheep buddies, the A-site not too far from town and a good location, arriving on place I see some cattle grazing around the beer truck but our personal bartender Bottomless Pit took care of them. Sign-up and our GM Seaman Stains pointed me as being the scribe (again), no problem the GM is always right! Form a circle. Some new shoes were christened, the (mussel-ed) hares told us it was a running run, so off we go through pine-apple fields where the first check appears. People spread out to look for paper and after doing 2 FTON ON going to the golf course. Well the run was well done with a lot of clever checks and indeed it was a running thing. On the way I talked with a virgin good lad Chris Clist, I asked him if he was family of CLIT FACE,no was the answer. So we run and chat together a while, I told him to follow the paper and left him behind to test my injured leg, pick-up G I JOE you know the shouting ON ON guy and ended with him the run after 1 hour. CIRCLE NOTES: 3 blocks of ice thistime(mussel-ed hares!) Raffle time and Seaman Swallow did her perfect JOB with ICE power. Next our R.A. Sir Airhead iced the hares and it was voted a very good run but our R.A. was not satisfied and took some string of paper and said they were plasticones! A test was made by SIR CF and CLIT FACE and it was yeah PAPER!!! RULE 6: HELLBOY... M> CUNT... SIR FROG it seems they gave each other GAY names like MARKIE and CUNTIE and FROGGY, so the game start and G.I. JOEIE and WOLFIE... SPAGGY...and last but least YAOIE YAOIE have their seat on the cubes also. MEME took over and iced me FINI some story about crossing pine-apple fields. Sir Frog accuses me the violation which I said I have a witness our virgin CHRIS, but it didn't help and we had to drink triple down downs!!! Turd Burglar iced because 18 years of hashing and NEVER HARED one it was close sometimes he said bullshit was voted. STAKEOUT iced because he is a policeman (look alike a Keystone cop).Some people iced by SCF and one look very PALE and very quickly we gave him his hash name THE CORPSE. Time for the hares song which was a kind AUSSI MONKEY one with their leader LONE WOLFIE and later our Hymn Chorused by ET and another fine day in the bushes gone.Our sponsor was TQ1 with their FAMOUS HOT DOGS thanks guys.
