Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

The one exception to this policy will be those with duplicate run records can approach us when they're close to achieving a run award. At that time we will merge the records so the run award reflects all their runs with the PH3.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Well here we are all those that made it to the top of the hill. Today's hares Mrs Head and Bow Wow.
Notlong after arriving and signing up we were visited by the Thai Chinese land owners. They did not like the parking arrangements. And we were told to move off the waste land. But apparently it was only the bus that had to move. Lucky for us. The hares told us about the run and off we all went. I was a little delayed because I thought that I was going to have to move the food wagon. No problem leave it where it is and off I go. By then the checks had been broken. But I seemed to get lost and ended up having a pleasant walk and then arriving back at the A site.
Time for a burger. and a beer. No sausages today Songkranhad put a stop to that. Those that wanted something got fed by the Hash FoodVendors.
Shortly before the circle was to be called a tractor comes tearing up the hill nearly taking out some of the hashers cars. But hewas a good guy. Not a red shirt or a yellow shirt. We were on Queens land. Does that mean that King Yao Yao had bought all that land for the Queen.
GM Seaman Stains calls the circle. We have the raffle run by Seaman Swallow, and does she like ice power. But she does get control of the circle.The hares on in and thevote is a good run. Well done hares and haring at Songkran as well. Good job.
Emperor Airhead on in, who as you know is unemployed at the moment. The famous TQ burnt down. The news spread like wild fire. Apparently Fini the Faggot was on the scene trying to rescue scantily clad dancers.When they saw him at the door most ran back in. Luckily there is a back door. Or there would have been many deaths. We had a welcome return of Doctor Thrush with his famous bottle of elixir. Very potentstuffis that. More than two shots of that and you would not be able to drive home. Lots of sinners in and out of the circle.
Would you believe it but today is Songkran day where I live in Banampur. It is never ending. Tomorrow it goes to Bangsaray. TIT.
