Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Short circle called. Then the runners took off into the sunset.
Emperor Airhead came back shortly after with Lance My Arse A Lot and Rubber Dick in tow.
Fucking Dog and his pack hardly moved at all, typical Norwegian, by the time they make up their minds what to do the runners are already back. First runners on in after 46.33 minutes. Miserable Cunt trying to act smart about seeing the bus and short cutting in. B. B. came in a Thai sandwich. The runners were coming in from all directions.

After a nice sunset The Hares: The Corpse, The Mummy & Stinky Sloppy Seconds were called into the circle, a good run was given the nod. Stupid Kraut Kunt was then iced and the raffle was taken care of by Seaman Swallow. Some French speaking wanker was given a new name for the evening 'Face Like A Dick' for gobbing off about the raffle being rigged. Maybe he would win if he bought some tickets.

Emperor Airhead takes the circle and calls Lance My Arse A Lot a hash hero for taking a Cooks tour to Pattaya evading Volcanic ash and red shirted people. No More Cum was iced for being a bad dad, but somehow left the ice being a good person.

Ewok was toasted for her 450th run. Try-A-Fuck toasted for his 50th Run. It was also Sir Festers 750th Run but he was already tucking into the food at TQ-2.

Sir Chicken Fucker takes over the circle and drools over Ewok, then ices a few sinners. Then it's the turn of B.B. to ice Bam Bam and Seaman Stains for not calling in all the returnees, he then finds out there were 47 returnees so he puts himself in the bucket.

Scar with two t's was the next R.A. in the circle and goes crazy icing innocent runners like myself. Fucking Dog and friend iced for secretly going to Phony's gym getting ready for Mr Punyverse contest.

The circle then finished with the hash hymn and back to TQ-2 to finish off the evening. Well done everyone, great day.
