Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

The Free Willy and Flipper Anniversary Run (the day after the Pattaya Marathon)
The run itself was another Willy fuck up on the beach at Jomtien. It must have taken him a long time to find a run that run past every rubbish tip in Jomtien and stayed mainly on the road… that’s just what our road runner marathoners from yesterday wanted…NOT! At least the A site was on the beach and scenic even if it was noisy with Thai people partying close to our circle.
Quite a few walking wounded fronted up today having run on the roads of Pattaya the day before. Most of them looked a little worse for wear except Tadpole of course who always looks good and seems to just keep running. I asked King Yow Yow if he had run it with the Queen but he said he wasn’t going to wake up at 0430 to go running on the road with a bunch of kids… how wise you are King.
Just before the circle Apples Turnover presented Fucking Dog and Bow Wow with a Jester’s flag and T-shirts in appreciation of their contribution to the Jester’s Charity Drive “Care for Kids”. They had bought the auction prize again from last week’s Aussie Run and given THB13000 to this most worthy of Charities. We should have more people that generous. Here’s to Fucking Dog, he’s true blue…
Circle begins with Hellboy as the Grand Master this week again… I think this job is suiting him more by the week as he seems to relish absolute power. He starts by giving Dirty Harry’s daughter a triple down down for pouring beer over his head earlier. She got off lightly.
Free Willy gives away a bottle of wine for guessing what the breaking of the glass in his Jewish wedding tradition is all about. He also gave away lots of booze and the BBQ to celebrate the anniversary. Free Willy and Flipper were very generous to the Hashers today.
Chicken Fucker names Harry’s Porn Star and Ivan Suys… these two boys look like Belgian Greyhounds… all cocks and ribs. Good name choice.
Emperor Airhead does the raffle that had some great prizes in it. An exception was the mobile phone box that only had a condom inside it. It looked like a phone but didn’t smell like one!
Airhead was in a good mood today but also was in the mood for some religion.
He ices the Hares, Bottomless Pit, Sheik Meme, Crimson Penis, Crimson Rock Bitch, Hard Hand and the Virgins. A funny circle and good that he left the Scribe out of the bucket this week because it’s a little hard to take notes on wet paper whilst sitting in the bucket.
The Grand Master delivers some formalities including Sir Ass Hopper’s 500 Run Plate. Congrats.
Sir Chicken Fucker ices Skinny Dick Jockroach Cunt and the two Belgian teenage porn stars. He names Plaster My Arse. Chicken is also in the mood to ice all the traditional “Ratbags” on Monday. He ices the GM Hellboy, Bottomless Pit and everyone’s favourite Miserable Cunt… it wouldn’t be a circle without one of this crew being punished.
Airhead back to the circle to acknowledge the Marathon runners… a wide range of performances in this lot. The fastest of the 10km runners was about 52 minutes whilst Airhead took 150 minutes for the same!!! They are all mad for doing it anyway especially with hangovers.
Sheik Meme was on fire again even after his 10km run the day before with a hangover. He proceeded to ice anyone in his way and give us all a good laugh. When he didn’t know a hasher’s name he said … “you in the blue shorts: in the bucket!” He ices his old mate Miserable Cunt for good reason (I suppose). We don’t really know why, but it couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
Meme delivers some punishment to Dirty Harry and a virgin Hasher Michael. He asks Michael what he thinks of the ice. He replies it’s cold so Meme tells him to try the bucket as comparison. Hasher Michael seems to prefer the bucket because it has a more even distribution of that freezing sensation. What an idiot!
We finish up with the Hash Hymn and On On the Classroom 2 which was R18+ as usual.
Another great day had by all. Free Willy was generous. Flipper was Flipper. The run was typically a fuck up from Willy. Airhead was hilarious. Meme was a lunatic as usual and the GM was great in his new role.
