Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Today is a hash day! Good, I can use some exercise. I’m tired of running the streets of Pattaya. I know it should be a good run because Sir Dog and Stinky Sloppy Seconds are getting a reputation for good runs.
The A site isn’t very far from town. Right up 36 and just a few K. and we’re there. Nice A site plenty of parking but there seemed to be a good many houses close by.  Some how they managed to keep away from the houses and got a very good run out of the area. They had a mixture of trails. Some with mud just to get Na Hee Man’s new half priced ladies shoes muddy. We also got to say hello to a few cows. The run was a nice distance most in by 50 minutes to 1 hr. 15 minutes. That’s not counting the short cutters and the lazy.
The circle was called by GM. Sir Stains at 6:30. That seems early but there was plenty of time for socializing. I walked around trying to get some dirt on people. I’m not very good at that. I came up empty handed.
Of course, first on the ice are the hares. No negative comments about the run. Today is the start of the new raffle. We were told at sign up if we wanted tickets we had to get them at sign up. The new raffle will have at least one good prize each week. This week it was a mobile phone. First ticket out was Bottomless Pit’s. He thought he had won the phone and was jumping up and down with a big smile on his face. But he only won a crying towel and some small item with it. The phone went to Free Willy. There were a few boos but if you don’t buy the tickets you can’t win. No free ride!
Emperor Airhead’s turn in and of course the hares. First he gives them praise for always stepping up and doing what needs done. He also mentions about people getting stung and caught in barbed wire. King Yao Yao you did it again. The Emperor also calls Na Hee Man in for a seat and tells the story of him going into the ladies department to buy underwear and ended up getting half off on a pair of ladies shoes. I think it was the flowers on them that gave it away. One more, Velcro Dick on the ice for getting lost the week before. He didn’t stay on the ice long (slid off into the mud).
GMs back to do the leavers, visitors and anniversaries. After that he told a story of how Stupid Lazy Kuntz roughs up someone at the Titty Twister. That put Stupid Lazy Kuntz, Hellboy and Bam Bam on the ice.
Sheik Me Me takes the circle and gets the ice full quickly. He ices the Hares, Hellboy (hare raiser), Tequila Tits, Sir Stains, Linguini Weeny, Really Sadistic Bastard, General Kidney wiper and Psychodelic.
Lone Wolf comes in and puts some bus offenders on the ice and in the bucket. The bus is not a taxi.
Sir Chicken F_ _ker closes his eyes and picks people for a seat on the ice. He picked Smiling Brown Spider, Hellboy, Miserable Cunt, Jackal. He also ices Bangka Blower for calling Pinkaboo a boy. Next he ices Bam Bam and the Beer Police for being Gay. Cracks are next for private circle. Sheik Me Me and his lady friend Crasher are next. Last was Arse-holeo for coming very late but he was saved because he paid and signed up earlier.
It’s getting hard to see the beer truck has a light out and I forgot to bring my reading glasses. If I missed something or got it wrong Sorry. So That’s all Folks!
