Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

It's monday again and I don't know about you guys but time seems to fly by. Celebrating my 35 birthday Wednesday and starting to wonder where it all went. Anyhow Mondays run 1380, today's hares are Miserable Cunt Dog Licks Its Dick and the right honorable Sir Chicken Fucker. The first circle was called by gm Stains welcomes the old and new faces with a toast. A lack of new shoes, global recession I would guess. Hares take the circle and explain the run, standard checks white paper blah blah, and we are off. The run its self was well put together, clever checks and good terrain. However the amount of cattle on this run dubbed it the cattle run I know now why Arse-holeo had a cow horn to heard the cattle. The run took about 30 mins so a bit on the short side but was later called a good run so well done hares.
Second circle..Gm takes the second circle and puts the hares on the ice Na Hee Man gets himself a cold seat in the bucket by telling the gm he was running with the cattle and we all know about that rule. or maybe he just likes the bucket. Next up is the raffle 3 prize to be had this week in third place is Free Willy second is Ball Ringer and Velcro Dick gets 700 baht for 1st luck man.
BadRA Is next to take the circle, the hares are quickly on the ice for too much cow shit too much bull shit and too much hare shit not to mention the run going through someone's house. The beer police Smiling Brown Spider and Up The Buttfound themselves on the cold slab too for not opening beer and not doing there jobs.

Today's visitor is Phukets Toad, a down down for him and a sign of the times how few hashers are around at present, it's very quiet.
