Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

The one exception to this policy will be those with duplicate run records can approach us when they're close to achieving a run award. At that time we will merge the records so the run award reflects all their runs with the PH3.

I was honoured when G.M. Seaman Stains asked/appointed me Hash scribe. Momentarily I felt maybe I was being groomed for one of the top jobs on the PH3, but was soon brought back to earth when Seaman Stains said, 'That's it, I'm done, nothing left to do as G.M.'.
Soon after we're off and running. It was quite some time before the first check, so the pack was quite spaced out. It wasn't long before we were all together again-searching for paper. Rumour was the local kids had picked it all up, but in the end it was Steptoe who took the rap. Rear Gunner, with his cape blowing straight back showed some of us the way back. Teaspoon handed out some tasty cigars as we waited for the circle to get under way.
First order of business was down-downs for the out-going committee. Next was the new committee. A new position was created -Hash Quack-and Miserable Cunt was appointed. Returnees, Pissed Pole Dancer and company were next up for down-downs followed by 1 virgin, and a group of visitors. Next were a massive Norwegian contingent, who after much dialogue decided they had 'nothing to say'.
Emperor Airhead then ices the outgoing and incoming G.M.s, Seaman Stains and Hellboy. Its brought up that this is the first German G.M. of the PH3 until Barnacle Bollocks notes that the PH3 was founded by Germans Molly and Hans Kurgis, some 27 years ago. Hellboy's reply...'Ya, but I'm ze first German to let Jews talk in ze circle!'.
It was time now for the Phuket spies to be iced. Raffle prize winner Duke of Puke sat along side Sir Wanda who has apparently 'tried his hand' at ventriloquism recently. After the Hash Hymn we were back on the bus and headed for Classroom 2 where there were plenty of refreshments and other things to satiate the Hash palate.
