Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

NEVER LET THE TRUTH GET IN THE WAY OF A TRUE STORY!!
LONE WOLF here…Enjoyed the Bus Journey to the A SITE as I had an interesting conversation with a REAL HASHER with a name “NO MORE CUM”….believe me we talked about Football (the English version not the real man’s game played in Aussie).
Arrived at the familiar A SITE. Lucky RINGWORM was not around as he would have headed straight back home as some of you may remember he was BOOBY TRAPPED by a knife edged piece of bamboo hidden in the water the last time these same hares laid a run here.
HELLBOY greets me with the news that the World is doomed and everything will end and we will all be mere ashes in 2012….! Profound eh as he devours a BOTTLE OF BOURBON every night in between stints at his 2 famous TITTY TWISTER BARS….Do not be surprised if the Hash Bus will in the near future leave from the TITTY 2 on Third Road opposite the Buffalo Bar.. Makes sense with the traffic and the Lazy non-runners will at least get some exercise walking to Third Road.
The “MASTER RUN MAKER” VV and his “SIDE –KICK” HAIRY PUSSY lover PUSSY SNATCHER explain the run which has a SHORT WALKERS RUN and a REAL HASH RUN….No need to have a SHORT RUN just follow the Professional Shortcutters English Comedian CHUBBY BROWN’s  mates aptly named “YOU FAT BASTARDS” led by MISERABLE C…, HELLBOY AND BOTTOMLESS BREW MASTER PIT.
A well thought out run with TOILET PAPER (stolen from TQ , thanks AIRHEAD!) “Blowing in the Wind”  (Bob Dylan would be proud of you Guys!). VV is heading for 100 HARED MONDAY RUNS….Must have a miserable Home Life  (Joking!!).
6:20pm:  GM HELLBOY gets the circle underway and asks mostly CHUBBY BROWNS mates about the run they did not partake in led by TEENY WEENY with the usual nondescript answers!
6:25pm: MISERABLE C… is called in by the GM to run the RAFFLE but no one takes him serious in his “WHITE SPERM SAMPLING JACKET” so PUSSY SNATCHER takes over and 3 unique prizes, which I have no idea what they were, won by some CRACKS I think.
6:30pm: SIR AIRHEAD takes over and dealing with the hares gives PUSSY SNATCHER a “Double Down Down” for wearing in-appropriate GAY sandals. Also on-ice a disoriented “SKIPPY”;  a third Generation Papua New Guinean with red teeth from chewing beetle nut; JUMPING BED BUDDIES  RASPUTIN and SKY KING (soft name!) …SIR AIRHEAD presents “SKY QUEEN” with his Irish Girlfriend’s FREE WILLY size JUMBO Jeans.
6:40pm: GI JOE’S Darling “SQUEEZE MY TUBE” puts the MISERABLE MAN in the bucket for being a woman abuser…Hard to believe really eh!
6:45pm: GM presents numerous Anniversaries which you can read in the HASH SHEET STATS! I should mention I was presented with my 200 RUN T Shirt which was achieved a mere 3 months past!! (Thanks Brew Master).
6:50pm: SCAR looking like a member of The Village People takes over and in his unique style ices various mis-fits including the SHIEK’S mate HORSE for spending a fortune on 6 AIR TICKETS to fly his Philippine Lover” to Thailand. Someone comments behind me ‘BLIND or DUMB’….As they say in the Philippines HORSE ‘See How You Are!!’  “PUSSY SWINE WHATEVER” (Norwegian Look –a- Like) iced for using the run toilet paper for what it is meant for…Hash Relief Worker!
7:05pm: GM takes over and ices “LAO KAO SKIPPY” for stealing MISERABLE’S  Lao Kao….Must be one desperate man… “NO MORE CUM” happy to be finally iced for being banned for life by FACEBOOK for posting pictures of ‘INNOCENT FLOWERS’…..Lives up to his name eh!…COME ON.
7:15pm: “TEENY WEENY” takes the Circle in his usual robust style and tells a few AUSSIE INDIAN TAXI DRIVERS jokes which no one gets the drift …I think GM then Ices “TORPEDO TITS” and “HULK” for being outstanding ‘LOVERS’…Which can mean anything in Pattaya.
7:20pm: “CHICKEN F…..” enters and ices what he refers to as “SPASTIC ABNORMALS” ….Not much room then on the Ice eh!! He then compliments “MISERABLE C…” on his White Sperm Sampling Jacket and then some ramblings which I could not get the drift.
Meanwhile SKIPPY comes over to talk to me rambling and slurring thanks to the rocket fuel…I must say he said some very complimentary things…Thanks when do I get my FREE QUANTAS AIR TICKET?
7:30pm:  That man again “MISERABLE C….” thanks to the GM  tries to take the lead in the concluding Hash Hymn….NO IDEA!
