Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

The hash circle is called by our gm Fat Boy Fat and unfortunately one of the hares is Fini The Faggot so we are expecting problems already we are told to cross the road and we will find paper, we did after about 20 minutes of searching we also found 865 head of cattle who decided it would be fun to race the hashers, this did make the hashers run faster nearly as fast as Shiek Me Me whenit's his round in TQ. Anyway we managed to get back to the a site uninjured, as I ran in past the empty black sheep table I nearly picked up a buffalo dropping and put it on their table but then I thought Hellboy would only eat it anyway. Really Sadistic Bastard was already there on his 6th chang stumbling around lost without his good friend Kidney Wiper. I went off to get a beef burger, I am not sure there was any beef in it though it looked a bit like that buffalo turd but Chicken Fucker assured me there was at least0.06 percent of beef in them, this reassured me..
Tampax is now playing with his lights and the old people are sitting waiting for the circle to start, at this point I stop writing and start drinking and cannot remember much about the circle only one thing stood out in my bad memory and that was Seamen Stains saying Clit Face was right about some 5 hared hat that Crimson Penis claimed wrongly a year ago.
