Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

The one exception to this policy will be those with duplicate run records can approach us when they're close to achieving a run award. At that time we will merge the records so the run award reflects all their runs with the PH3.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Monday Run no, 1448. Christmas is here again.

Today's Hares are Horse and Hulk, now that's a combination.

The A site was one we have been to before, as we arrived by new bus, I thought its never going to get up that hillside, and I was right we had to walk it. This time, unlike the last time we were here Sir Free Willy managed to get his car up the steep dirt  road.

Scar with 2 Ts the stand in for Hellboy our GM  ?????, called in the new shoes, My Mother Knows I'm Gay's girlfriend had to drink out of her very old new shoes for 2nd or 3rd time.

Hares in to describe the run; No Hills , no barb wire, no water, no mention of the walkers run, Sounds like a piece of piss.

Off we went, after about 3 minutes we came across a big red W on the ground, what's this walkers or wankers, as we all started milling around, till Horse came pounding up, that's the walkers cut off he shouted, I new I should have mentioned that in the circle, better late than never, I was thinking.

The FRB's took off, One Hung Low , Na Hee Man, Seal Sucker, followed by the rest of us. We spent the next hour or so climbing up hills, tripping over barbed wire, crossing rivers, and falling down shear drops, THOSE LYING F--king HARES.

Front runners did the run in about 50 minutes. Walkers got back in 1 hour 25 minutes,

Hash injuries; a few, only one needed a blood transfusion? Attila from Hungary, 3 runs with the PH3 (could be a hash name there).

The last to arrive back Sauce for the Goose, in the dark, a brave Kiwi Lady.                                      

The Hares where put on the ice, and the general opinion was a good run and a great A site, Scar called in Sir Free Willy to start  the raffle. Excellent prizes this week.

Na Hee Man and Warm Piss iced for being Lying leavers, V V, iced for wearing gay shoes. Hash Flash iced for being a wannabe Sweeden.

Respect for the King of Thailand; National Anthem sung by the cracks.

Barnacle Bollox  entertained us with a few ditties.

Seal Sucker and Na Hee Man both took the circle.

Very entertaining circle good run, all in all a great day out.
