Show Run Stats Report
To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.
The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.
It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.
Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

Monday 18/06/12...got to go to the hash because BS buddy's SIR Flying Frog and Lone Wolf are the hares. Together with Dirty Harrywedecided to have one of are "famous" gourmetat the a-site. Arriving at the a-site the hares showing us our parking place with view of many rubber trees. Liberace and Ball Ringer signed me up and time to look around who's still coming to the hash. Apparently no bus today and also not many hashers.. anyway still the "old farts" are alive and kicking! It seems that Chicken F'r is at the hospital.... I wish him a very good recovering... Form a circleshouts are GM Merkel.. Hares SFF and LW explain us 1 hour run with the usual checks and FT and off we go. The run was very well prepared.. I went off with Mrs Head and Co.. into some clever papered tracks (a Wolf and a Frog what a team). Somewhere on a check I choose to go straight ahead ...but I ended in a bighole crawling out of this thing I realized I have to climb up the hillto look around and catch up again with the FR.. which I did andfollowed Zeal Sucker to in what ended alooooong FT. Anyway Tampax also got trapped and together we re climbed up the hill to find the paper and running of to the a-site. Oh yeah somewhere at the end Missing Link pointed us the ON-IN.. and a hiding Spaghead jumped out of the bushes to scare us off ??? Arriving at the BT Lone Wolf explain us he buy ed REAL AUSSI chips... well done nr. 2... After our Gourmet... Merkel told me i'm the scribe .. well I'll give up the booze so the memories is working much better" I think" Circle: Merkel put the hares on the ice and it was voted a good run. Next Dirty Harry en Fini on the blocks .. our Emperor asked DH how his new Porn movie is progressing... seems Fini has some acting problems... hee guys I'm working on it...
