Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

The one exception to this policy will be those with duplicate run records can approach us when they're close to achieving a run award. At that time we will merge the records so the run award reflects all their runs with the PH3.

Missed runs can be reported via email to the Webmaster.

I believe Kee Mah has some Irish blood in him because this is about his 20th St Ps day run. To B sure to B sure.
We never had any Irish jokes yesterday, so I have one for you now. Paddy and Mick are walking past a labour hire place and the see a sign for work. TREE FELLERS NEEDED. So Paddy says to Mick, ti's a pity Shaun's not wid us coz we could have applied for that work. 
You probably need an Irish accent to work that one out. 
Them 3 fellars did pick a great A site though and a great walk with nice flat wide tracks.
What can I say about the run??? The first thing that came to mind was that the beer hunters arrived back well before the runners.
Then the beer bucket was opened after the allocated time, but still no runners back. Big problem, I could see plenty of bucket time coming up.
Then I hear the first runner MUDCRACKER arrive. 12.6 klms, lost trail blah blah blah. Runners came in over the next 20 minutes or so, mostly looking tired including our GM.
Snacks by VV are quickly devoured, as well as the fruit and chips.
The hares had their own little table set up for the Irish whiskey plus cheese and crackers. Well done hares I think that may have saved you some bucket time.
GM calls the circle and the first on the ice was MRS TV (Red Lion). I saw her tumble. She took a nasty fall onto her elbow. I hope she feels better today.
Then we had a lost property, which was a chair. I need one but there was no way the lost chair was built for BIG MAN.
Hares are called in and although the run was long it got great comments, especially as the hares had marked the trails using paper coloured to the Irish flag. Great touch.
Raffles are drawn by BLACK PANTHER and won by EATING MONSTER, COOKIE MONSTER, HAHA, PANZER FISTER, GOOSEY GOOSEY GOBBLER, SOMETHING KINDER and HISSING SID. Me I donated money again.
EMPEROR AIRHEADS CIRCLE. He ices the hares and mentioned no greens shirts, although KEE MAH is wearing a St Ps run shirt.
He then calls in the raffle ladies HOT HOPE and BLACK PANTHER. He then explains that Thai ladies were not the best at selling raffle tickets, but since a Pilipino and a Cambodian have taken over sells have increased. I wonder if it has anything to do with when BLACK PANTHER calls out the number sex?
SUPERVIRGIN, BIG BOY, TV and FERRY QUEEN who was the stand in for GASMAN are iced so we know what the SAFE WORKING WEIGHT IS.
CAPTAIN CORRUPTION, KNOB MARLEY, BIG LUNGS and TWINKLE TOES are iced as returners.

Now the bad RA SCAR enters the circle and ask everyone to come closer. The Kiwi virgin is asked how did he enjoy the day. Good was his reply. Second question will you return? and he's still thinking about that one. All Aussies know you can only ask a Kiwi one question a day. Kiaora Kiwi.
Is it HISSING or PISSING SID? Anyway he is iced for wearing a non hash shirt in the circle.
MAMASAN BIG BOY and his girlfriend are iced and sexual positions was mentioned. That's when I closed my eyes. Oh my Budda.
TWO PRICKS and his partner BIG @@@@ or is it SEXY BELL RINGER are iced and she sits on his lap. See what happens when you attend the PH3? It makes people romantic.
GM again and TWO PRICKS is back on the ice to cool down. No romance at hash please.

Then it's the hares song which was an old IRISH song called YOU'RE DRUNK YOU SILLY OLD CUNT.
Then the final down down song is sang while ARSEHOLIO sits in the bucket. .
It's back on the baht buses to ride back to Crackers Bar for more beers and a great feed.
