Correcting Run Records Policy

To encourage hashers, and hash virgins, to take responsibility for ensuring they have received proper run credit, the deadline for reporting missed runs will be Thursday evening following a run. As run stats are posted to the website by noon of the Tuesday following the run, hashers will have 2 1/2 days to review the run stats to confirm they've received credit for the run just held.

The reason for the Thursday deadline is we close out the run accounts and run records for a run on Friday mornings. Corrections entered before Friday help ensure we have an accurate accounting of the run.

It is hoped with this policy in place the number of hashers that pay the signup fee and walk away before having their name marked off on the signup list will be reduced. This will also eliminate the cases where a hasher comes to us weeks, months, or even years later asking to correct a missed run in the records.

The one exception to this policy will be those with duplicate run records can approach us when they're close to achieving a run award. At that time we will merge the records so the run award reflects all their runs with the PH3.

This week’s run welcomed back those who had gone to Chang Mai the week before and unfortunately missed the excellent St. Andrew’s run the week before.
More than 80 runners for the most part enjoyed PH3 run 2128 and some on the runners trail comparing it to a mini monkey! A well marked trail over some rough and hilly ground. First on the ice was GI Joe and was also a momentous moment for him as he took his first seat in the circle after standing for so many years.
Hash trash culprit was Happy Survivor after her flask was discovered on a previous hash and the note on the ice was given conveniently by She’s the Boss and he seemed to enjoy the moment.
It was noted the hares made up a multi – national bunch including Chinese, Canadian, Dutch and Slovenians and how they managed to communicate with each other preparing an enjoyable and testing trail must have been lost in translation. Comments’ from the circle touched on the hill sections after the split with one hasher saying he felt he was back in Norway. All agreed it was a good team effort from all involved along with a mixed variety of snacks provided for the hungry hashers.
Emperor Airhead called Night rider who is quite a globe trotter onto the ice to explain the many items he has acquired not from hotels like the normal towels or bath robes, but blankets and pillows he manages to smuggle off airlines during his travels and more strangely how does he manage to get them off the plane. In summary any merchandise with the airline logo on he guessed was for free. Spastic Whore King being Dutch was then given a history lesson from the Emperor on Holland’s Spice Islands of which he looked totally confused.
The Wizard called Scar with 2 T's who once again reminded of us all of the circle rules 
    1.  Hash shirts to be worn in the circle
    2.  Only over 70 years are allowed to sit
Manfred who was only on his second run and looks definitely well short of 70 years old was spotted sitting down and then called to the ice for deserved punishment and one of today’s hares Pink Head brought along a virgin from Russian for her first hash and was wearing a Monkey hash shirt for which she was also punished. Next Scar with 2 Ts called the scribe for the day Glass Cow on to the ice and called him out as a sex tourist after he had received information he had went to Hua Hin for a vacation trolling bars and girls and when Glass Cow tried to explain he was only there for the beach he was then unfairly (so he thinks) put in the bucket.
The Wizard resumed the circle and called the rag master Something Stupid on to the ice as Salad Dodger had to buy an XXXL shirt from the Jungle Hash as his size was unavailable from PH3. To make matters worse for him, he produced a medical certificate to say he couldn’t sit on the ice due to recent hip surgery. Speedo Pete was also iced for slowing down the front runners and it was suggested he be renamed to Slow Pedo Pete.
The award of Wanker of the Week went to Miss management member Mayo Queen as being an experienced hasher of more than 10 years he still wasn’t aware of what the title and duties of the RA were meant to signify.
The conclusion to the end of the night was the final DD and a last beer from the beer truck for the ride back to Pattaya and then the last stop at today’s On On the popular Kubla bar.
